I've never had an issue with this company, infact i usually rave about their service and personalised touch.
However, i have just taken delivery of my most recent order and although the receipt tells me all my items have been packed into the box i am missing a number of items.
I've sent them an e-mail so i'm now awaiting their reply.
I have spent a small fortune with them in the past so i wonder what their service recovery process will be like.
anyone had similar dealings with them?
