Not that im not going to send it or anything but I know what its like worrying if you have been ripped off. Cause i think i might want the money before i send it, always a chance of reclaiming money not goods.

Send as a payment but the buyer usually has to incur the charges to cover it in most over sale threads on various forums, then you're both covered.

If you have the balance already in your PayPal and send as gift you incur zero charges.

Gift doesn't offer any protection. One of you will have to take the hit on the charges if you want to cover yourselves which i always choose to do. However, you will know each others details and addresses from paypal if you decide to pay as a gift
