I assume from the title that you want climate control rather than a/c ? But the post says the other way around?
It can de done, ....but!
You'd need the control display, the 3x servos, the wiring loom and from memory the rain and temp sensors which all link in. Then take it to a dealer to do the software bit.
My original Twingo had climate control and yes it is better than the knob version!
But when I looked to see if I could retro fit climate control it became a bit too complicated and expensive to do so.
