Assuming you're Army by the username?

Is there any set routes around Neil? Ill have to explore. I've done the run to Elgin on the path twice now, will need to come up with some new routes.
The cycle path! I can't think of anything worse for an inspiration killer.

This area is my favourite area. Where the pin markers are, cross over the small bridge onto a hardcore track and theres a parking space on the left with a larger area just a bit after the houses on the left. From the pin marks, North and Eastwards to the sand quary which has its access road along the southern edge and is normaly gated night. Theres a few main tracks cutting up through the forrest up to the beach and some which run east/west so you could run a grid. However, the local enduro club ride here so theres loads of single track loops which weave back and forth through the woodland crossing the main track ways and also up towards the beach where theres some killer dune areas. No steady plodding, as its all twists and turns up/down and varying surfaces off the main drag ways

Lossie West beach from the carpark round to the light house and back. With the tide out, the beach is reasonably hard so a decent run

Waitey - you training for something?

I think he's training for an army fitness test :) which (for the running part at least) is 1.5 miles in 10.30 at the minimum

This, RAF all you need minimum is 9.10 on the bleep for all jobs at the minute, in April next year RAF regt requirements will go up to 11 on the bleep according to my brother in law who is RAF regt.
