Id say if you are true enthusiast the clio is the way to go little example of when i 'test drove' the clio on one particular corner the clio just laughed and almost said what corner? The twingo i felt the whole chassis move around nervously.

I'd imagine the Clios percieved steadiness round a bend is probably due to it's size, weight and sound deadening.

I mean you take my Megane 225, it's quiet and effortlessly quick. Round bends it feels steady and extremely grippy. Certainly gives you that confidence I can imagine the now substancially size Clio would.

That said a Cup chassis'd Twingo 133 would be hard to beat when it comes to a good B-road with plenty of changes in direction. A 133 certainly feels better in the bends than any of the 172/182 models I've driven.

Yeah they are as far as I'm aware and handling wise well I can give any 182 a run for its money ;)

And I can give 133's a run for it's money ;)

anyway on topic a 200 sounds like a great upgrade from the twingo. It's just if you willing to put up with the higher costs of running it

The Clio handles better than the Twingo and is far more planted and capable. It really really surprised me as I was convinced nothing could be that much better than my Twingo.

I would expect it to feel more planted, as I say extra weight, wider track and bigger wheels would all see to that.

I just mean that could a Clio 200 take a corner or change in direction, noticeably faster than a 133? Especially on the road rather than track.
