You use the YouTube brackets, with the video id (the bit after the v= in the URL, but don't include an & or anything after) in-between. I.e. What's below, but with [ ] brackets instead of { }

Example YouTube link
www.YouTube.com?v=abc123fdfdf&feature= embedded

You would use
{youtube}abc123fdfdf{/youtube}
