Top mounts possibly gone?

Now I'm confused, is This the same thing as lower ball joints or is there sumit else I should get checked out?

Lower ball joints are different to top mounts, highly advisable to get car checked out before warrenty expires. Mine was done today by garage, to collect tomorrow morning as I couldn't get to garage in time.

Hmm, damit, I just picked up my car today, after getting new lower ball joints! Lol!

It's goin back in next week to get my rear silencer exhaust clamp replaced, so ile get them to check the top mounts then!

Got car back today and they say the top mounts and all other suspension components are fine. And I drove it for a good trip at weekend and since the ball joints I think it is feeling better! Who knows! Lol!
