Ktecs next adventure for the 133 is likely to be adding a turbo.

I know Paul mentioned it was something that he fancied doing and he had looked at the avaliable space whilstcthe manifold was being developed. The new exhaust was designed with a modular style with things like this in mind. The Gen90 ecu is still on the cards as a plug and play standone installation and the turdo conversion was something that Andy and Martin mentioned yesterday

With a simple mapping option sorted, that doesnt need a major rewire and working out how to get the warning lights switched off, it will make it realistically feasible to charge (Or fit ITBs).

Did they mention a rough date at all for this?
Obviously nothing firm. Sorting the pinout for making the ecu adapter loom will probably be the time consuming part, but thats not far away from receiving Andys attention.

Any idea on costs involved ?
Absolutely no idea, but look at the prices for-

turbo manifolds on similar conversions
A turbo
Intercooler and pipework
Gen90 ecu
Fitting and mapping

Turbo 133 would be awesome I'd love to have 200+ bhp on my car. Keep us updated as I know I will be watching this. Looked saab engines for the twingo but was told it was too much work and would ruin handling :(

I bet you could do it for less with a turbo from a scrap yard, diy log style exhaust manifold and trawling ebay.

But it would still need mapping and the trial n effort of getting it all working.

I was close to going a turbo but planning g to sc got very good guidance though

I called them last week and they said that they want their cammed, turbo twingo at French car show which isn't far away, he said to look at the 172/182 can upgrade for a guidance figure for the cam upgrade on the twingo with a release date being within the next month or so, their twingo running cams, exhaust and remap is pushing 174 bhp!!!! They also said the turbo package would be a summer project :) but no figure was mentioned at all. I can't wait!!!!!

That's not their twingo pushing 174 its Neil's ( Singlespeed) on here and he has had a lot more done than just cams if you check his progress thread in the Gordini section. ;)
