I only have scratches in mine wondering if it would be cheaper to get them out or get a new one

well a bumper costs about 100-150 quid from renault. then you need to paint it on top of that, so a 80 quid scratch repair is definitely without any shadow of a doubt going to be cheaper lukas podolski !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
