Strong Black Coffee or Lapsang Souchong Tea with no milk (think i spelt it right)
Partial to a pint of milk on my break though

Large Latte in the morning, then 2 or 3 cups of tea throughout the day. I also make sure I drink a litre bottle of water whilst at work. I can't function without water.

I had a bottle of that the other night!! It was alright til I got to the bottom and all the ginger must have been there man it burnt my throat big time!! :/ lol

I try to drink as much water as possible, although I need my coffee to wake up in the morning.

Also my daily dosis protein shakes (I just started this for trying out) but I'm not afraid to drink a beer (Corona) when I'm out with my friends.
