I use this brush:
https://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/wheels-and-tyres/vikan-wheel-brush/prod_389.html
Its good for getting in between the thin gaps in the cup wheels, pretty good quality to, nice and strong.
It is a bit on the small side though hard to get right to the back of the wheels.

I was looking at this one might get this now i know someone else uses it i was worryied about getting it in the gaps on the cup wheels

I Bought the same brush over the weekend, havent used it yet but seems perfect for the cup alloys.

Cleanyourcar.co.uk is a dangerous website only popped on there to buy a brush and ended up spending over 50 quid on different bits!

Do you have a link to a ebay one?

I'll get you one when I get in, it is very good. I still use my ez detail brush and the mini for most wheels as the vikan brushes are quite stiff and they're good for the back BUT you endup with the crap back splashing you in the face if you're not very careful!

What is the very end of the Vikan one like? The photos on CYC seem to show it as a bare metal wire tip? Wouldn't want to scratch anything....

I've got a ez-detail brush which is wonderful, but it is a little tight in the smallest end of the gaps in the cup wheels.
https://www.elitecarcare.co.uk/ez-detail-brush-for-cars-and-bikes.php

Was thinking of getting the small version of the ez-detail as the big one worls so well, but the Vikan brush is half the price. ;)

Yes be careful with them! On the megs brushs that many use, the tip falls off and many people I know have come to me with scratched wheels wanting them sorting.

As for the long vikan brush... https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-Vikans-L...arts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item5642934b31

There is a group buy on these, like £12.50 delivered, for very wide wheels it's a must. but again the bristles are quite hard and there's a large amount of splash back!
