What are chipsaway like price wise? does it vary as its a franchise? as they are the guys i was looking at to do mine as they can come to my doorstep and do it there and then. Saves hassle

I couldnt say, but i did remember one thing the guy said
I asked him about a scuff if he knew anyone to give rid of it and he said he knows another ex-chipsaway guy, and he can do me a much cheaper price than any of the chipsaway guys, maybe cause thry have to give chipsaway a % of what they earn maybe? Not sure!

For a full refurb as in tyre off, stripped and re-finished I'd say £60 per wheel is pretty reasonable. I wouldn't pay more than that but that said I'd rather pay that for a full job than being cheap and having only the face of the wheel sprayed like a lot of those mobile repairers.
I've been looking at having my 172s wheels done and the Mrs 133 wheels done. There's a company about 2 miles away from me but they want £50 for storing the car for you whilst the wheels were off! I've never heard of this charge before so I'll be going to my usual place that's about 15 miles away.
