Knock up some Renault centre caps and they'll look smart.

Popped my gloss black cup alloys on carries car earlier and it's highlighted the need for coilovers, you'll probably get away with it with springs though.

That's what I'm thinking :) coilovers won't be far off though so I'm not too worried about it

What you think ??

What size?

I'm looking for another new set for mine as I'm not a fan of the current boots. Grip well and nice in the wet, but they squeal a he'll of a lot and people think I'm. Driving too hard

Vred sportrac 5 looks appealing and gets good reviews and is cheap in 195/45r16

These are 195 45 16
They were a good deal cus they were a package but I haven't had chance to wear them in yet lol I will let you know how I get on,

Can you send me a pic of your car maggi ?? I want to see your arch gap lol to see how far the bc coilovers go down

I find my falkens are good, squeal a fair bit when pushed hard but they grip well, if anything the rear is more prone to losing grip first than the front probably due to being light and carrying a lot of speed through corners lol

Looks good! Once the height is dropped a bit more it'll look even better ;) as far as tyres go AD08s are good but quite expensive. Mine are 205/45/16 and I paid just over £400 for a set. Still need a bit more wearing in as they're a little slippery still, but that could also be because they're still cold when I'm hooning  although probably not suitable for the oncoming winter!

There's very little arch gap as you can see

And my favorite..

In all fairness it was raised ever so slightly since the last photo I think but don't quote me on that.
It also rubbed like a bugger on 205s so had to drop back down to 195 and chop some of the tabs on the arch liner to stop the rubbing.

Awesome :) ok, have you had any problems with downsizing wheel ?? Like traction control issues ???

I actually lowered the rear by removing the 6mm shim since that picture.

The old 205s rubbed but were on cup alloys which have an offset of 55 and the 182 alloys have an offset of 45, which combined with dropping down a tad means the fronts only scrub on full lock under heavy load.

I'll find an updated pic for the rear.

No issues with TC at all, occasionally it rubs on the back over harsh bumps but I think Neil explained that as the exhaust knocking the bumper which sounds about right. I also have a box of fuses which rattle at the same time which has driven me nuts but I've not put them into small bags yet

Fair enough my traction control has sh*t itself :/ the car is all over the place and it's really not fun to drive ATM

I don't think I've driven with my traction control on since I got the car! Always kicks in when I don't need it and never seems to when I do. I even leave it off in the wet, which might sound silly but when it kicks in around a corner at simple speed it scares the life out of me
