If it was me and my money I wouldn't bother with liquid yellow on the Twingo.

Liquid yellow is a lovely colour but to me it doesn't suit smaller vehicles. It looks amazing on the R26 where you have big panels that show off the colour, the Twingos are full of angles and it breaks up the lovely colour. It's the same reason that the Clio 182 in Inferno never really looked as good as a Megane 225 in Inferno.

Also, it puts a massive amount on top of the price of the car for a colour. Yeah it's nice, it would be rare but no RenaultSporth olds it's value that well no matter how rare.

Personally I think Glacier White is probably the colour that best suits the cars shape and styling. It highlights the arches and bits that define it as the RS.

but, in Twingo number terms, GW is almost common.

It's probably more the percentage cost that means LY and IO are rare colours on the smaller cars as thats a 10% premium for the twingo but less of a hike on the Meg

Glacier White is probably the most popular colour on the Twingo but for good reason. Fortunately the RS Twingo is rare enough that even in it's most popular colour you won't drive past another on a regular basis anyway

Liquid yellow was expensive even in the Megane R26 and that was £20k at the time, let alone 10% of the cost of a Twingo.

Liquid yellow is a gorgeous colour in it's own right but in my personal opinion the Twingo isn't especially complimented by that colour.

I always get the impression that everyone spaffs their pants because it's liquid yellow rather than it being the most suited colour for the car.

I have a new 2013 twingo rs in liquid yellow with cup chassis and sport monitor and the black wheels. I love this color and it makes the car look very expensive and desirable. I even ordered the rs sport exhaust with the twin pipes in stainless steel to finish her of. Everyone looks at the car and all the comments are wow. Yes the color is a pain if ya scratch it but I got a touch up paint mix from a body shop and it looks good. The resale I'm told on a yellow one is way better due to the rare nature of the color. This would make the resale of her 100 times better. I'm trading her in next year for the new focus rs and the ford salesman saw the twingo and said o yea we want that for sure. In the sunshine its got the wow factor over any Clio rs in blue and green as a boy racer in my town found out lol. The paint is expensive but the joy of the looks is well worth the price.

+1 for liquid yellow mate, I've just changed the order on mine from Mercury silver with anthracite wheels to LY with black wheels after seeing the new Clio RS in that spec, colour is bloody gorgeous.

To some above though, I wouldn't saw GW was all that common, even in the context of 133's

I'm certainly normally outnumbered by capsicum and extreme blue at shows and meets :p
