There is a massive problem with dual mass flywheels. I'd be very persistent with RUK because they regularly pay for entire flywheel and clutch replacements (often upgrading to single mass flywheel) well outside of warranty. Being the original owner will also help.

I need to tell RUK the fly wheel has gone they was gettin funny before cos my mate was doin it even tho he is vat registered but sorry I'm not payin nearly 2k for them to do it when my mate can do it cheaper
