Flexi-time.

Conditioned hours are 7 hours 24 minutes per day.

Start between 07:30 and 10:00
Lunch between 11:30 and 14:00
Finish between 15:00 and 18:30

Anything I do over my conditioned hours I can save up and take up to 2 days off in any 4 week period.

So, if I go in at 07:50, take 10 mins lunch at my desk and finish at 16:10, I've made up 46 minutes. If I do that every day, I get my extra days off.

It's all "at management discretion" and "within the requirements of the job", but it usually works out well for me.

4 day 35 hour (average) week. Fixed 3-week rest day pattern, with one long weekend (Fri - Tue) and one Wed & Thu off per 3 weeks. Sundays outside the working week (so technically I don't have to work any), normal pay rate plus 2 hours.

Earliest start 03:35 (unless there's engineering work), latest finish 01:25. Up to an hour unpaid extra at the end of each shift for late running or paperwork (very rare). Minimum 12 hour break between shifts. No overtime or rest day working currently though.

If you can live with the early starts/late finishes it's pretty good!

Typically 9 - 5 but it's really whatever suits me best... As long as I make up the "normal" amount of hours.
