Says it's got 5 months tax on it.... Strange, I have the tax disc....

Unless they re-taxed this...... But the tax would have ran out in March

Well its probably been re-taxed then since we are the 14th of April, would mean a month of the new tax has already gone so 5 months remaining sounds about right to me.

Suppose that's at your discretion if you wanted to report it to ebay. But yeah I suppose somebody should, before some poor sole gets lumbered with a car that's had a cheap repair job and is likely to break the bank...!
