knock off 20bhp and should be around about it.
did you widen the throttle body your self? tempted to dremel it slighty or wet-sand it by hand to be a bit more careful. any work to the butterfly needed?

On my machine, I did widen the butterfly ... 65 mm to 68 mm but I do the unit in January .. I even enlarged the butterfly collectors ..
Result? The machine has a better delivery at low speeds and is much, much more ready in January ... I hope to do something in the controller and give it higher ...

yeah, somewhere around my newly roomed into untidy room :) will have to hunt it down.
going to leave the bhp scene for a bit until i get a stand alone ecu, much better mapping with on of those, not going to gain anymore bhp but will have perfect lines.
time to ask catcams where the cams are

agrars any chance of a bigger pic of those print outs??
looks like afew spikes to b mapped out there.....

also what mods have been done??

i'm answering for agrars, it's my friend, and he has some problems with the pc....

the 151cv's Twingo have been done only Sprintfilter supercompetition, and butterfly enlarged.....
i think is "strange" for a Twingo RS, having 151cv, because for the Twingo R2, Renalut certifies 160cv, but i talk with mechanic who works on this car and he said me that TWingo R2s haven't more than 153cv....

peaks are quite hard to map out with the standard ecu, i think the best aftermarket mod and wishing id done it first before all my exhaust and induction modding would of been standardalone ecu, for the price of remapping i've had done i could of just got one of these outright before hand....lessons learnt.
only thing different engine wise in R2 is the cams and also it can put the power down better then its road counter part

^ the gearbox will help massively too ;)

depends if u have unlocked ur standard ecu!!
standalone modules will always be better.plus it means u will b able to map it urself.

it isn't only the different thing.... the Twingo R2, has clio v6 airbox, different valve springs and a Magneti Marelli's ecu too!! and thanks to this ecu you can works on vvt parameters while with a remapping a standard ecu you can't do it!!

valve springs are the same, at least thats the word from nasty rensports people in france told me. still double checking on if R2 runs VVT or not, they refuse to tell me and catcams werent sure so there doing both types, trying to get them to do pulleys to :)
opps i forgot about the gear box with its lsd and flywheel which doesnt work on 133 (but it does, same fitting holes and stuff just a rip off in price :( )
mmm mapping the ecu its self.... in talks about getting sponsored for a pc build worth a few G's.. wonder if this will get me my backing??

oh my god!! i can't answer because i don't understand what you've said... i've tried with google translator yet, but nothing!

sorry.
the valve springs are the same.
Renault Sports have said that the gear box with limited slip diff will not work with Twingo 133. which is a small lie, it can be done with r2 flywheel and the bolting and length of the r2 gear box will line up nicely. a bit of work might have to be done on the drive shafts though

renault only say that to keep all the boxes for themselves!!!!

ooooooh i understand now!!!!!

but the work you say is very very very expensive!!! i know you can do that, but who will really do this??? :? :?

I think that the 150 bhp is possible for a twingo RS. The one that i own, has bin modified. I have a K&N apollo cold intake system mounted and have done a remap. Mine little racemachine :p has 144 Bhp with a torgue of 160Nm(don't now the english term for it). Not bad for a 1.6 16V non turbo :D

Those numbers are from dyno? 160Nm@4400 is a standard Twingo RS torque, so I guess your peak of torque was moved to higher revs and therefore the increase of bhp. But if it was done only by KN and remap, its interesting... Have you been with Twingo on dyno before the mods?

The remap is done on a dyno, before te remap, only with the k&n filter it has 137bhp with 149 nm torgue. With the original filter is no data from a dyno test.

really? u gained 4bhp from a k&n?
how many miles has ur car got on it?
