your wheel looks fine mate :) That isnt the paint being removed, its rubber off the tyre (by the looks of it anyway) pick it off with a credit card.
 
Mate that's nothing. I spanked a Steele so hard I had to bend it back with a crow bar

looks like you got off lightly. As Tommy says, that will probably wipe off. Have a good look for cuts and keep n eye on the tyre sidewalls (inner and outer) for bulges forming in the next few days, which would indicate damage to the casing plies within the tyre. If the steering pulls or the wheel is off center to where it used to be, get the tracking checked.. You know how hard you hit, so if it was realy hard, contemplate replacing the tyre if you do motorway speeds regularly.
 
Agree with all the above. Have a look in the daylight. Usually things are better after a nights sleep. If not pop to "I think I'm gonna cry" thread and I've explained how I touched up my rim slightly
