I snapped one. Cheap from Renault. I've had the other snap since fitting too.

If following Neil/Karls thread then when using a hammer to 'tap' the lower strut bolts out I would probably undo the nut and leave it on there or you risk collapsing the thread.

Haha when I fitted my springs I did exactly that with the strut bolts and had to get a new one :) I meant more with the top mount, which size holes to drill ???

Eh , you drill no holes the top mounts fit in the hole. The camber top mount , you remove the screws to seperate the two parts. Top part with screws goes on top in the engine bay.

Done :) thanks, how do I adjust the camber ??

Read Neils thread. It describes the position of the strut and it's affect on camber/caster. I matched each side and had an idea of what I wanted and then took it for geometry and by chance was pretty much where I wanted to be.

Awesome cheers :)

Wish my rears went lower, did you shorten the shocks or is that adjusters wound down?

I'm tempted to look into custom springs for the rear, also is your drivers side rear lower than the passengers side?

There are no adjusters as such, just shims that raise or lower the spring.

The struts should then be adjusted to allow 40-50mm additional travel to prevent the spring falling out and allow for optimal performance (which is what the useless Taiwanese instructions with literal translations try to convey)

You can remove the adjusting screw on the rear. Should drop it a little bit more.
Btw waitey, can you take a picture of your rear springs for me?

I can't remember who's car I looked at now, but they were on the weitecs and the Coils were all touching. That's Deffo no an issue on the rear with the BCs

Same kit isn't it?

I'm sure I looked at someone else's too!

They're abit more compressed now as they've settled properly

I'll upload how they are now tomorrow when its light, I wonder if there would be an issue getting different rear springs instead of the weitec ones.
