So the car went back to standard today with the exception of the coilovers which are ready to come off tomorrow morning.

Found a car I want (in fact have since I sat in it at FCS). Test drove one a couple of weeks ago which confirmed it!

Hopefully will be running around in a Clio 200 EDC very soon (fingers crossed!)

I kept changing my mind between Flame Red and Deep Black. I've decided on Deep Black - it looks classy. I need to get it on my drive first so far 2 cars have fallen through on me so not holding my breath, but it will happen very soon.

I'll admit I'm nervous about black! But rewarding, something I can't say about the Glacier White. I'm looking forward to a bit of mid range torque and something comfortable with toys that will react when I want it to. I think I'm getting old :lol:

i had a black clio years ago and the shine you can get on a black car is def worth it if you like shiny cars

I've never even sat in one of these cars so don't know what to expect. I like the red on the standard but he said no

Never would have thought you'd get rid of the Twingo.
Although I like the 200 EDC, I'm still not convinced which Clio RS I like more, the screamy 2.0 NA or the 1.6 turbo.

I wasn't expecting him to ditch Amy either! He loves that car but I had a feeling he'd fall for the new clio. Its got everything he wants.

We both need something bigger with moving soon etc. Mines going too. Just a lot harder for me to get rid as its older and a bloody lot of miles more then his!!

She's on stilts Took me about 2 hours to get set up and swap the suspension back. Only what feels like a broken nuckle where I managed to punch the concrete
Took her down to go see Andrew at Renault and he said it looks crap compared to where I had her :lol:

But it's what sells to Joe public.

Too true pal. At least you'll recoup some cash with parts sales though. On another note, has anyone released a map package for the EDC yet? Assuming of course that you've looked at this already?

yep, theres been a good few available for a while on the nissan cars w/ the same engines. think you can get a good 240 straight off i believe, will double check on cs.net though to be sure! the clio gets a lot of stick, but underneath it's a good bit of kit

Lol. No point checking on CS. It's not a 1*2 therefore it sucks! :lol:

Superchips have a bluefin map available at 240bhp and iirc 320nm. Touch risky though, despite the warranty they offer. Not sure what the box can handle yet, I intend to enjoy as it is

I forgot it was a Nissan unit as well: Lichfield I think do a map for it.
