Instead of dropping the rear, I'd bring the front up a bit. Getting stuck isn't fun and looking at every bump in the road wondering if its going to trash the sump or rip the exhaust off spoils a good run.

I think after fcs it's going to happen. She does look dam good this way though!

Apart from the ground clearance, your car is the opposite of mine : looks ultra clean and neat, very sober and subtle, extremely nice. Mine's all smashed up lol

Very nice of you to say Anthony, I want a car like yours! I certainly use mine, the stone chips on the front and the odd little bits certainly give that away.

Few marks to be dealt with later in the year when I get the rear arches to work.

I really want to get my hands on a rear diffuser then start elsewhere, even though I know I shouldn't

What's wrong with your rear arches???

Stone chips... sorry mate, but your car is pristine in my eyes :)
I had a clean up the other on mine, bloody hell, a life on the track makes it suffer so much! I think the paint is the worst thing on my car, even though I achieved to preserve it quite well for a track toy, still looks crap compared to any normally used vehicle :(

I have the arches from a facelift 133 which I've started sanding back the additional parts at the bottom to replace the parts on mine. It's possible, just a long job it seems

Very nice.

The nose of my car is pretty bad too from all the motorway use.

Clayed and waxed it yesterday, although it looks good from a distance but up close it shows the damage :?

Mines not too bad but the few that are there do annoy me, as they're black on white it's rather noticeable.

And then the little bits I want sorted and am planning on doing so soon.

The temptation for more power is getting too much too

Ermmmmm how about that house we are buying?? That's a good enough reason!! Haha

Not really much of an update as I've got a few idea's I'm toying with but for now she remains as she was before. Just a quick wash this afternoon and a wipe down with Z6 followed by wolfs dressing on the tyres. Not bad for 45 min wash including setting up and packing away. Hoovering took a little longer but I stripped the boot and wiped all the metal and plastic down. Also think this is the best pic I've bothered to take of the dash  and it's only a crappy phone pic

Decided the maxxis that came on the wheels, that I said I would wear before replacing, have to go. They start squeeling long before they give up grip (even under heavy breaking) which doesn't inspire confidence. Strange as I sort of almost liked them in 17"

Now on the look for something in 195/45r16 with csc3 as my reserve choice still

Cheapo wayfarers after I lost my ray bans that way :( I actually don't tend to keep them there but that's where they ended up when I was hoovering

Wow, the drop looks so nice! Is this the max height in the back with the BC coilovers? And how the ride now you've got some miles in it?
That is the lowest possible on the back. I want to raise it a bit but not as much as the smallest shim allows so I may end up buying one and having it adjusted to my liking, or even seeing if bc will do this.

The ride is good, still fiddling with it. I have a creak on the back that I'm positive is the boot but the rear struts have made a few odd noises over bumps that I intend to investigate next weekend
