I bought my Twingo Gordini in September 2010 and have had over 18 months of problem free driving. My car came as standard with the stiffer suspension and the blue wheels. Having never owned a car with alloys before they are slightly scuffed, the first couple were no fault of my own but since then I took less care of the poor wheels.

Just thought I'd join as there is a garage near me that tunes Renaults and I was considering getting some work done to tweak the performance. I thought this might be a good place to find out more!

It's a garage in Verwood, K-tech.

I've never taken a photo of my car.

Will do so this evening but I only have a Blackberry as a camera.

Welcome to the club. Just a warning
A) were not as scary as you may think by reading the forum
B) you will probably get mixed reviews on Ktec here.

Welcome with k-tec it seems 50/50 whether you get good services or not.

Build quality of their parts seem to be improving compared to past reviews and current ones.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I took a quick photo after I finished work this evening.

Hope that works!

The garage nearest me is K-tech it would appear but I will probably do some more research.

I'm a little reluctant as my car runs perfectly as it is. It is nippy when it needs to be.

I should say, it's number 148 :)

I've seen 2 others in the local area, 1 in Southampton with a private registration number and another for sale at a garage on the A36.

Thanks everyone. I'm hoping the website proves useful and will inspire me to get more from my car.

Welcome fella! I'd say the first thing to do would be to get some racing cams installed, if you like boost then get a new manifold and install a turbo into it and then a remap :) depending on the turbo cams and a remap, you can expect gains of around 40-50 bhp. There area good few french car specialists who will map and tune your Gordini, tons in the french car magazine which is awesome. Keep us posted!
