Front still looks ugly, though certain colours may pull it off.
R-Link sound effects are still a load of *****, however the feature to amplify the cars ACTUALY sound is quite nice.
Built-in launch control is cool.
5 doors I can live with.
No manual... That'll take some getting used to but I'm sure it'll be fine.

Pricing and equipment to be announced 28 February 2013. Ordering opens mid-April, with first deliveries in June.
Anyone know pricing yet?

-the R-link sound effects will be fun for like 3 months and to show off to your family and friends :D
-also do love to have built in launch control  ( as for the R-Link and Launch control what will happen with de-cated aftermarket exhaust system  bang bang ?)

and i have to admit i like a nice 6 speed manual , but believe me i think with the double clutch system that thing will shift like a GTR35 also you can concentrate on steering when you approach a corner so you don't have to heel-toe when you want to fly fast trough a corner so it makes life easier but also maybe somewhat boring but also if you are in massive traffic jams everyday you will love an automatic ;)

i think it will be the same as getting used to the face lift Twingo

ill keep an eye out for this ;)

i saw the price in Belgium will be around 27.000 - 28.000 euro's as my memory last remembered

I love it, think I might looking at getting this next! ;)

I must be one of the few who actually doesn't mind the looks, I think the front end is mean and has grown on me quicker than the 200 front end ever did.

Shame the back end looks a bit too much like a Seat Ibiza to me.

The lack of manual is a bit disappointing, I mean as quick as the dual clutch semi auto gearboxes are I prefer the overall control of a manual.

That it's not a manual doesn't bother me, it's getting used to.

I like it to be honest, the improved fuel effeciency, launch control, the interior..

The only thing that bothers me is the sound of the car. Doesn't really sound like an RS so if I'd get one, I hope some nice Miltek or Akropovic exhaust with the appropriate pops and bangs can be slapped on.

Give it a remap and you'll be looking at +-30% increase I pressume.

+ it needs some lowering. Not much but some..

Makes me want that gt86 even more :p

The only new RS I would consider at the moment is a new 133 (that's saying something as a AFTA member).

For me, RS' should be rev happy, NA, manual and raw for a road car. The 200T ticks none of those boxes.

Doesn't help Toyota offered me a blinding discount on a car this week. But I've decided to be good, keep saving to buy a house, and when they're cheap look for one.

I've driven one now though, and the driving position is so good it's made me resent the 133 :p

This new Clio will have the same issue I've now come to think of hot hatches. And that's this: they're immature (why we love them) and none of them have a spot on driving position.

I saw a picture of you driving it on FB.. was wondering when you were going to say something about it.

Also, the GT86 convertible has leaked and I have to say it looks gorgeous. It has uprated interior and when I saw it, the new 911 Convertible comes to mind.

Are you sure? Cos I can't see how it can keep the similar layout/design and compete with the 911?
It's got lots of cool bits, like the totally horizontal dash that has a marker in the middle so you can orientate yourself easily, as its reflective in the windscreen and obviously level. And I could get th steering wheel spot on, whereas in the 133 you're meant to be an orangutang with short legs and long long arms.

But still... £29k and no mechanical LSD yet. Hopefully it will come down in price with the yen, and use prices can fall quicker

Fits into my 'not a ideal RS' category. Find them very underwhelming.

The interior is bright white leather upholstery seats and yellow carpets. May sound weird but it looks really refreshing and reminds me of the new 911/Boxster interior. (Boxster interior comes in flashy candy red too) although they mention it's more a rival of the Mazda MX-5 convertible.

Thats an opinion though.. I think RS is not unfamiliar with turbos.
