i think its a good idea of having the camber hidden. less they'll play with it. lol

New rear springs fitted to the car. Nice and low now with the ability to add the spacers in to heighten it. Ride is perfect as i said in previous posts. Now just awaiting the Camber top mounts :D

Cheers bud.

Id definatly recommend them. Fantastic set of coilovers. Ill try and fit the new extender when i back from Norway on Friday. Then that will be the finished kit.

Ollie, awesome thread.

I can see BC racing have done a really good job on the coilovers.
Did you come across any problems mechanically once they had been fitted?

Do you happen to have apictures of the rear setup before you fitted them.

all the best

Hey
Thanks Webber, Ive had no mechanical issues at all since they've been fitted. They only thing that i have needed to get done was get the geometry correctly set up again when i put the camber top mounts on. But apart from that very little, they are fantastic coilovers and ive had them on all my cars.

Ill see if i can get some posted up , im currently away in Norway with work but as soon as im back tomorrow night ill get some up.

Ollie :)

Geometry setting should be checked/adjusted even for a modest drop on springs or coilovers. Or, adding movable top mounts which will alter the caster/camber angles and therefore the position of the suspension strut relative to the steering rack

Just lowering 25mm with Apex springs knocked the toe out sufficiently to put it just within limits but the handling certainly improved by resetting it back to spec. Without adjustable top mounts or excentric bolts, theres only toe angle that is adjustable on the front.

Indeed , I had done both before and after the camber top mount install. :)

New Top Mounts fitted. Much better feel on the front end feels much stiffer than using the OEM rubber mounts. Crap quality pics as my Lil Bro took em on his IPhone.
