Lowering with springs or coilovers? Was thinking about H&R myself. When it comes to looks I know it's going to be yours, cause it'll have an OEM look, but I have to say I'm proud I even managed to cut something of similar shape out of the rear arch

Lol ill be interested to see yours. I only say mine, as mine is, well, mine!

And coilovers when I do it.

Some bumder called me today to tell me Renault had delivered something completely different and irrelevant in place of my arches. So gotta wait longer

Karl didn't think to ask...! I wanna know what they sent in place of arches. I mean, what else could it be other than other arches?!

It may be that these are not meant to have grills. Please see here https://www.twingo133.net/viewtopic.php?t=9546

I've scratched my camera hence the poor pics but here it is...

As you can see its a close match but the bottom part is wider on the facelift. Maybe to stick it out a little more? I will try and test fit one side tonight and if its good get them in for paint in the coming weeks

Make sure your car (or at least part of it) is left with the bodyshop when they match the paint.

You'd think "Renault Glacier White" would be enough but my local bodyshop had several variants which had to be matched by eye.

It's going in to have the rear bumper done at the same time. The reason for this is someone took a chunk out of the rear arch and cracked the paint on the bumper deciding their car was smaller than it was, and then didnt admit to it!

Not gonna fit without some considerable work. As I believed there to be a grill (which there isn't) I didn't think that the clip in the middle was gonna be an issue

I'm also going to trim this piece back starting this evening. Once I get a working side I will repeat and do a how to

So what does the facelift have in the cutout, a gap straight through so you can see the wheel? I'd of guessed there was mesh too bad times

It's got a lip behind it.

Catches all the crud.

I've trimmed around 5mm and will work out as I go what needs doing. It's hard as I can't get them side by side fully to see where it needs it and I'm not skilled enough to make a mould. I've got some cereal boxes to try and make a template later and see how I go.

Trimming the new arch to match the shape at the bottom of the old arch, so I can fit it. It would be easier to cut the old ones like someone else suggested I think  but now I have these, I'll happily cut them to shape as I can keep my originals original
