Has anoyone elses car acted like a bit of a snow plow? Bottom of my bumper was hitting the snow where no one drove over yet

And I'm yet to fit the laguna splitter! Haha

That doesn't go well for when the splitter goes on :s

In all fairness we did have like 4-5inches of snow ;) which I wouldn't normally drive in.

Drive back from Lincoln wasn't too bad today. Amazed at the number of idiots on the road though! Less amazed at the proportion of said idiots driving audis

dont u do that to melt the ice to get back on the tarmac? :p:p:p

I also heard tailgating meant you had more traction due to there being no space for it to freeze? Certainly audi practice!

Must be in the manual. Just like where the BMW manual says "we've fitted indicators for compliance, but we recommend forgetting they exist."

Its funny, seems like an international issue.

Here we keep thinking its an extra option the indicators on a BMW.

Handbrake turn in work car park this morning to get into my bay, worked better than I expected :p

Think I may get stuck later though. It's all compacted and ice now :(

A small countryside road full snow, put it in first and floor it (with wintertires) is so much fun

most of us dont have winter tyres on, so i think if we try we gonna end up in the hedge sideways :p
This reminds me of something..

about 1,5 years ago when my mom just had the new Renault Megane me and my gf took it to go to the cinema and it had snowed like I've never seen it snow before..

So the car was parked in a dead end street that was made out the pavement thats unique to Belgium.. (I can not explain it, tried to google a pic. But trust me, if you drive a sporty car on it, your ass will know it).

So I'm driving gently down the road. Net even touching the trottle and near the end of the street at a T section, I tapped the brake and all of the sudden the car starts going sideways. At the end of the T section cars were parked and I started to getting cold sweat so start pulling the steering wheel and I somehow managed the bring the car sideways between 2 parked cars.. perfectly parked. My gf totally oblivious was like "why did you go here, its that way!".. I was still holding the steering wheel like my hands were glued to it (and out of breath because I was holding my breath since I lost grip) and it looked at here, and said "you think I did this on purpose?!!"

Since that happend, I wanted wintertires because of something like that happend to my car I'd pull my own eyes out.

Pmsl awesome! Should have told her you meant to do that and then asked why her clothes hadn't fallen off!

Just started again here, predicted quite a lot tonight :(
