So it's the same with the RS 20-25mm would be Ok no rubbing? Would like to fill my archies out too :D and if I'm on a limited budget could I lower it just with shorter springs 25-30 mm??
I had 25mm and they rubbed like a bitch mate

Is that on a GT or 133?
Your name says 133 but cars a GT? :?
Sorry haha, I had a GT and they were fine but now I've got a 133 and there no good on that

the 133 is already 15-25 (cant remember the precise amount) wider than the GT on the front axle is it not?

yeah so the rears going to be 25mm wider each side lol

one of those days again brad? :p

Everyday is one of those days for me mate ;)

makes a huge different yep. brings the wheels out flush with the arches. improves the track width of your car, thus improving handling at the same time! you can start to take corners harder, and not be too far off a 133 in cornering capability. sounds like a plan to me :D

These were 25mm spacers on my GT, improved handling a little bit but got nothing on my 133

looks good though brad, much more flush with the arches :)

Yeah definatly worth it on a GT, would recommend it to everyone. Only down side is it creates quite a twitchy bum

Dont forget that increasing the front offset will reduce the effective spring rate as your adding more leverage against the spring.

Because the rear beam pivots at 90degrees to the increase in track width, the spring rate will be unchanged (or at least virtually unchanged).

Maybe thats why Brad found it a bit more tail happy as your altering the front /rear balance to a slightly stiffer rear.

Would these work with the extended bolts? I only ask because I just had a guy from Tweeks round my work & he saw I was looking at some so said these might be more suited (and cheaper, for a change!)

Only thing it doesn't say is how many mm it widens :-s

Doh - 16mm (in the title numpty!) That's far to skinny minny for me! :p
