+ apparently the Carglass windows don't work well with the sensor for the lights and wipers.

My parents Megane had the same issue due to a non-Renault window.

The rain sensor doesn't work well anyway!

Wave your hand across it and it thinks its raining! Everyone kept doing this to my GT at the rolling road meet

i checked with my insurance:
Carglass is the standard company, just book online and they come at that date, no paper hassle.

second option:
list of confirmed dealers who may fix the car. nothing online, via fax/mail. only 1 Renault garage in my area but from a previous experience i NEVER EVER go back there!

third and option i am going to do:
going to insurance myself and ask if autoglassclinic is ok.

Because my crack is now from left to the right because of the heat... :(

No insurance, blegh!

prices:
carglass: 462euro
Autoglassclinic: 337euro

If no insurance, you might as well get a quote at your local Renault dealer.

the local one is broke, the nearest is 25km further and had some bad experiences with it... LOL :D

some updated pics from last weekend;

thanks! going to put semi slicks on them for circuit.
the conti's are going on my normal gordini wheels

please advice, i can't make up my mind...

i drive a lot on circuits with the twingo, about 80% on track and max. 20% on roads.

should i start throwing everything out? like all the seats, airco, etc etc or not?

would place bucket-seats also, with rear struts and 4way harnesses.

what to do...? yes or no :/

i would say the same strip everything and wrap original interior in foil or keep it somewhere dry and warm and use bucket seats instead :p but yeah i will say to get it legal on the road have fun to get everything legalized from our Belgium MOT :D

Rear seats are very heavy ~38Kg for the pair, so an easy way to shed some weight by undoing four nuts and pulling the latches.

Rear and front seats saw mine around 50Kg lighter even without removing the original seat belts

15's are generally lighter and offer better tyres for less money. Wheel and tire combinations will vary quite a lot and lightness over strength may be a false economy if your tracking it as opposed to racing.

Theres a couple of chunks of iron inder the engine mount which weigh ~10Kg

Thx for the info :)
Removed the rear seats yesterday, idd heavy!
Also bought the renault sport exhaust twin pipe on this forum.
Now i am looking into the rx8 seats.

Next will be 15s with semislick and followed by the camshaft upgrade...

'Cause racecar!

When it becomes a track weapon, you need this:

https://www.speedhunters.com/2013/08/now-thats-the-tire-bomb/

adds +10 grip to your wheels after applying

I want one of those to but there one time use only ... :( so you can better make yourself stencils if anyone can i will buy them from you ;)

Get a tyre pen and colour in your brand on your tyres  pointless but it looks cool
