Thats usually what I do, lots of motorway for me so I keep it calm and on cruise control.

Getting on the country side roads is a different story though

from the buy i average 7,7L/100km = 37 mpg. Mostly highway, keeping speed limits 70/80 mph, rest of it b roads, same speed, little city...

I git mine up to an average of 57 at points then settled at 52 by the time i reached my destination, driving between 60-70 and a stretch of 50 through roadworks when I drove to Kent from Oxford.

I think I've heard that sitting at 60ish is best apparently. I couldn't sit at 50 too slow lol. Try it out at different speed and see what you think and let us know

Will do and see!! 50 is 45 mpg so will try 55 next then 60 ect
