That's pretty bad. My 197 has now settled on 23.7mpg over the time I have had it.

31.5 from the 200. If only I could work out what the pedal on the right does? :D
live a little fella, the 200 would love some abuse

It's not just GTs JE, only 2012 facelift 133s that do. Was a bit surprised when I found mine didn't have one, but tbh the biggest stumbling block to working it out properly is the difficulty in always filling the 133 tank to the same place.

Over a 11 month period: 11,9 kilometer per liter (don't know the conversion to miles per gallon)
Includes: 30, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 120 and 130 km/h zones, flat outs, warm ups, 6 km distance and further and nice behavior driving.
Best ever on a tank was 15,0 kilometer per liter, worst was 10,0 kilometer per liter.

etc.

Works for pound in kg, km in miles, feet in meters, GBP in EUR and so on. Neat feature :)

I'm really pissed off that the Twingo GT does not have a MPG display. Pretty basic nowadays don't you think.

Doesn't a scan gauge have one?

It does, but thats another 100 quid to see how bad my mileage is lol, get a company car and fuel card on Monday so I will be driving the twingo on weekends instead :)

Yep 100 quid is a lot of fuel...

To date, since I bought my RS133 in May I've managed the following.

Miles - 5537
Gallons of fuel - 138.5
Number of times tank has been filled - 18

Average miles per gallon over the period - 40.0 mpg

Minimum miles per gallon on a full tank - 34.1 mpg
Maximum miles per gallon on a full tank - 45.0 mpg

Maximum miles driven before filling up - 344
Maximum amount of fuel put in when red light on - 40.53 !!

Personal Opinions.
Favourite fuel - Shell V-Power
Engine response seems slightly sharper, pick up is nice, eager to rev.
Economy usually 2-3 mpg better than other fuels. My driving is very very consistent.

Shocked!

First tank on winter tyres - went from the usual (about) 26mpg in the city to 31mpg!! Hope this keeps up and wasn't just a one-off ;)

Ahem... first fill up after my GF bought the RS was 43.91L. No idea how that's possible and I gave 1-2 "clicks" max.

Edit
Actually, just checked and we've also had a 43.09 and a couple of 41.x.

I hear quite a few people have had this happen.

Don't worry about that JMR, Mine has now decided when on red light, sometimes it will let me put 40 ltrs in, others about 34!

I once decided to risk the commute home to Liverpool from Manchester in my M3, because I used Tesco 99RON and have a clubcard credit card. Of course I hit standstill traffic a few miles away which immediately dropped the computer to flashing "---" on the 'miles remaining' display.

60 litre tank. 62 litres in. 1600kg, 3.2l - it really can't have been more than a few feet from conking out.

My crowning achievement was getting 350 miles from that 60 litres  and needless to say the figures weren't good when I moved to 4.5 miles from work - though I suppose with a car like that you can't really argue with a hair under 20mpg! I used to have to manually charge the battery every few months because it couldn't recover the starter drain in that distance

My wallet is much, much happier with the change to the Twingo, even with the purchase cost. A full tank at today's price would be near as dammit £80...

My last tank took 39.33L and that was from the red light which came on about 3 miles before i filled up.

I managed 261.4 miles from that tank... Which was a good results from mine!

I think i am driving a bit too hard on my commute! Haha!

Here's my average over the past 900 miles...
