Damn pot holes!!! I found that i used to get that with conti's as they don't protect the rim very well. The new hankooks s1 evo's that I have now seem to hug the rim much better and give a little more protection against that. Shouldn't need it in the first place though stupid English roads GRRRSS

Just for the record, what did yours actually fail on? mine failed on the fast idle test in every way C02 went 4.2% hydro carbons went 337ppm and lambda test failed aswell. Not looking good lol.

well they haven't been changed since new (09 plate) and i have done 21500 miles and she is due a service. I do quite alot of stop start driving which doesnt help. I will change the spark plugs and give her a service hopefully that cures the problem.

Not sure, there is no engine management lights on so I guess the cat is ok. Spark plugs could be the cause though due a three year service now anyway.

Mine has just failed an Mot on emissions as well with a Ktec exhaust. It is due a service so that could have something to do with it? not sure

:lol: It took renault 3days to do that and they prob done it by accident haha lucky it was still under warranty.

I have had an airbag warning light come up on the dash of my Rs probably about 10-15 times. I took in to renault to get it checked out on the diagnostics computer it came back with a front airbag circuit problem. they were unsure of where this problem was orignating from and couldnt fix it there...

I have these on my Twingo RS and I would say that they are giving the conti's a very good run for the money. Not quite as good in the wet as conti's but not very far off, who drives very fast in the wet on the road anyway. Highly recommended and £30 cheaper a tyre than conti's you cant go wrong :)

Im tempted to keep them and put them back on my car if they dont sell soon. It seems such a waste for them to be sat in my garage in the box lol

I was hoping he was going to but his relative in bridgwater couldnt pick them up. I offered to drop them off at his relatives in bridgwater as its not far from me about 20 miles but he hasnt got back to me yet. So he might still buy them.

I used to keep marine fish :) awesome hobby just very costly running a 350ltr tank with 2 500watt metal halide bulbs running for about 7hrs a day. as you can imagine this was not cheap to run, I had to get rid of it in the end sadly. I would love to own another marine set up in the future just...

Its a shame these ones dont fit GT's as it would be a cheaper option.
