I would normally try and find some reasonable explanation for the dealers stand-point, but I'm afraid that is quashed here and I'm not seeing much of a fair reasonable excuse.
1. Your engine mount shouldn't fail (For either poor re-assembly or the part)
2. If it does - you should be politely treated and the dealer (as your interface to renault who surely want to keep your business for their business) should surely act quickly and helpfully. (And anyone who has been in the service industry at any point will be aware that the customer will be at least very frustrated here, after all it's not a £50 dvd player that's broken - it's an expensive piece of machinery that you put a lot of money and trust into. If you can't trust someone to remount your engine properly can you trust them to tighten your wheel bolts correctly?)
3. That's where the story should end for me

I find the pics very funny that's why I laugh. I would not take anything personal on here. But I understand what you are saying, I am on here as a sport owner not as an employee of RUK.
