Fitted the decat today, what a pain, I didn't want to remove the driveshaft and have to drain the gearbox oil so I just removed the bottom engine mount and rocked the engine back and forward, cut myself to pieces etc!! im not touching the pipe again after that, going to have the mid section between the centre section and downpipe flanged and a custom pipe with a cat made up so I can swap over at mot time!

Should be back on the same rollers as last time, only result ive got so far is ive got an airstrip i like to test my top speed on my cars on, keeps it consistent using the same one and every time ive tried in the twingo since map it does 118mph, tonight it done 120mph lol

mate who wrote off his car offered me an offer I couldn't refuse tonight so the twingo is now SOLD!!!!!!

going back to standard tomorrow morning and leaving me in the afternoon!

all bits going up for sale in the section tomorrow, coilovers, spacers, panel filter, decat, head unit, sub, amp the lot!!!

my next project is building a 300bhp Turbocharged clio 172 :)

A whole days fun from the decat then ;-)
Hope your new venture works out well, I'm assume you'll be sticking around?

yh i was thinking you would say that lol it's worth a try ;)

Hope you can still answer this Martin, but you said place the decat and then a cat in between the decat and the backbox for when you need to go to MOT.

Like the Twingo RS, do you need to extend the sensors/wires for when installing the cat or is it different for the GT?

Also, doesn't the lambda sign jump on when installing the decat?
