Thanks for the answer. Does anyone know whether you get any wires for the lambda sensors with the kit or do you have to order it separately? How are those things sorted out?

Best thing to do is send them an email, the kit has just come out so I doubt anyone has fitted it yet.

KTR are usually good with replying to emails within a few days.

Just got ordered this Twingo manifold today...I will install it on my K4M 1.6 engine...once installed I will let You know if it worths the money :)

Yeah, sounds like a lot of HP gain only with an exhaust, but as usual, we would have to get the parts on a car to check it at different dynos...

I'll see in October how much the decat helped me get out of the 1.6 since the last remap.
Ghostz gained 10 bhp with removing one damper, different backbox and changing to 1 smaller middlebox.

So with a new manifold and cat, I believe it can be possible to gain +20 bhp assuming your RS has all its 133 horses.

It worths every single Euro I paid for it...more power You can feel, aside from the dyno readings.

I think im guna get me one of these! ive been speaking to ktec and you can use a standard exhaust with the manifold and sports cat for about £620, then all that is needed is a sleeve to fit the standard exhaust that can be bougt on ebay for £7...

Hello to all,

is there anybody that already has installed the KTR exhaust manifold??

I would have a question regarding the clearance between the lower bow and the engine block, can anybody tell me how big it is??

I´m asking this question because of the starter.... :|

best regards

Oliver

No if you read the posts before someone else asked and I said no one has fitted it so you will have to email k tec themselves, who are the only ones to have it fitted to their project 133.

I don't imagine they'd make a manifold that woul foul anything plus it's a replacement to the original one just higher quality and the OEM one fits perfectly.

As for it fitting to the megane that again would be best to email k tec and ask them.

Why did you guys wait for the special 133 manifold, as the manifolds for the standard K4M would fit on a twingo, too??

For me are the both manifolds I know for the MeganeII (Supersprint and RC-Racing) ********, as they have a single hose length that is only little bigger than the OEM manifold.

The KTR 133 manifold is regarding this aspect much better and the second thing is you can fit it PNP with the down-pipe of the MeganeII 1.9dci (82 00 189 554 https://www.partsbase.net/part/oe-8200189554 )....

Unfortunately there is no proper 4-2-1 existing except the one of the R2...

@mazmaz: meet oliver. the guy who constructed the manifold that is currently on the way to you :) if you ask nicely, I'm sure he will send you pictures of it being welded.

@oliver: it's about time you show up here :)

I think, looking at it Oliver, the design of the aftermarket manifolds are optimised with the collectors, primary lengths and continued diameters.
Would flow better by the looks of it.

No-one's really bothered with a standard K4M Manifold because the RS one is a BITCH to change, would be a waste of time to find out it didn't actually fit or wasn't the right port shape due to a minor variation.
Better off waiting for a specific part :)

I already tested two different on my Clio, the Supersprint I postet before and a 4-2-1 we modified from a F7P Supersprint manifold to fit on the K4M, the second one is better in overall performance.
