With a 7 or 8 hour trip down South, a bit of a break from an ear mashing is good

anytime that starts with am is too early for me

i record the archers all week and then have an omnibus on a sunday, i put holyoaks on the tv but mute it and then start the archers on the radio nxt to the tv, works a treat

why do you need a forecast for the waves??

Because a low pressure, or falling pressure west of the UK (Mallin/Rockall/Bailley/Hedridees) means winds will be coming down from the Polar areas before coming in from the West, therefore rather cool and usualy wet.
