Thanks :) will do. Off to the coast on Sunday for a week. Will be having a "loose" week. Still healthy but not as full on as that diet?!

How's everyone else's plans going? Everyone all still healthy and lovely? :-D
 
I'm ok, even though i slowed down on my training after my race. My planning is getting a bit too over-filled for training time :(

On the other hand, my dodgy knee from last year is acting up again. I'm currently switching my training to a more cardio approach, which helps trim the fat and will also help me regain my speed that i used to enjoy so much. Nowadays i'm more the "endurance" kind, not the "speedy" type so much.
 
Good stuff bud! And caz yours is good to I'm down to around 10-11% body fat at 5ft 7 at 156lbs and I want to shift another 3-4lb of fat so I'm down to around 8ish and its hard!!

Thought I'd give this a little bump. I signed up for tough mudder in July. So I've started running. I'll be fine with getting over obstacles and climbing up stuff it's just doing the whole thing in a good time which I need to work on

I've done the opposite really haha I've stopped doing as much running and I'm hitting the weights :D

As above I've stopped running as such and hit the weights hard, aiming to be a lot more bulkier and in time to get to 6/7% body fat.

Also other long term targets are able to squat 2x body weight and bench 1.5x body weight.
 
You guys know you want to do tough mudder for the extra e-balls :p I do plan on getting to around 7% body fat for summer.

Maggi seems to be game for anything so he would enjoy a ladyboy I'm guessing :lol:
 
I'm on football 5 times a week at the moment, 3 games of 5 a side, training one eve and 11 a side on saturdays.
Returning from torn ankle ligaments at the moment though (after doing the other ankle 12 months ago), the result being lots of pain and a gain of a stone and a half... Dont go to the gym or go for weights really, never been my thing. Too slim and not dedicated enough for that!
 
anyone heard of T25?

its similar to Insantity but only lasts 25mins instead of 60mins.

i started doing it but my football gets in the way of the workout plan it has. i play football 3/4 times a week.

need to shift some more weight though to help move around pitch more. if anyone has suggestions on a routing maybe i could try help me. is any of the Herbalife range worth buying?
