Don't think I've got old pics, maybe from when i graduated as I had absolutely no time to train (can't do 20hr days AND keep training...).

I've been up to 97kg (I'm 1m90 tall, that's something like 6feet i think), now down to 87kg, want to go down to 84-85kg by the summer and rid the fat and replace it with muscle as I've never had proper crunches and pecs.
I'll try to post a photo in the near future to show the difference.

Oh and this year, I'm running the BraveHeart Battle Run in March in Germany (24km run with 46 obstacles, 3000 runners, 5hrs max), then the StrongManRun at the Nürburgring on May 4th (20km run with 42 obstacles, 11000 runners, finished it under 3hrs last year, with 7° weather, full on rain and storm, massive mud everywhere, and water ponds at 2°C, was epic and I loved it :D ), then the StrongManRun at the Zolder track in Belgium on May 25th (3 weeks later then, 15km, 36 obstacles, 6000 runners). September is for the RadAmRing 24hr bicycle race at the Nürburgring that i dod again with my brother and 2 brits this year.
And I need to find some other stuff to do, last summer we climbed for a week in the Alps with two 3900m summits, I must top that this year :D

Oh i almost forgot November with a 57km walk/run from Roanne to Tiers in the Central Massif in France with my brother, We'd like to run it under 5 hours...

Edit : found some photos :D

I really need to find motivation to get fit, I'm quite lazy the only exercise I get really is going ice skating once or twice a week. I eat far too much but I only weigh 8st so weight loss isn't a motivator either. Might just start skating more.

Loving the pics yotah! Ive got pics of me from when I was proper into my football and gym and its really made me want to get back to that level again :) starting my new diet tomorrow so hopefully in a few weeks Ill start seeing some results :-D

after looking at this topic iv decided to get back on the cross trainer that has been sitting in the garage for the past year. after putting on a stone in the last year im going to start using it again. i have big shoulders and neck due to my job so im just going to work on the legs and arms for 30 min a day and see how it goes :)

Not if you don't use them :? If you don't enjoy it, then there will be little incentive to use them :(

I do a lot of rock climbing. Only got into it in october but I'm now doing competitions (and not coming last :D )
I climb about 3-4 times a week between 3-5 hours a session. I also walk to the climbing centre which is a 4 and a half mile walk.

and I do body weight exercises about 3 times a week and some movements with weights as well ie pistol squats, deadlifts and ab work.

This! not sure what I'll be able to do in a month but could have a go besides it's good incentive to smash it for a month!

Ok I'm game for a pic at end if feb :) but beware the first one won't be pretty.. But for the next month I will smash it :) so to speak ;)

I used to be really fit, played footy 3 times a week and mountain biking, then got a new job which is shift work and took a year off football (after an argument with the manager :S). So have put a bit on now, am playing football again, my main problem is my diet, I eat utter rubbish! Gotta get back on it!

I did 8 years of Savate (French Boxing) in a club.

Did some swimming in between with up to 70 lengths. Stopped swimming because the pool was getting saturated with too much old people swimming 5 km/h.. ended more up in obstacle swimming :?

Against my principles I started fitnessing 2 years ago, going from a minimum of 3 days a week to a maximum of 5 days a week (depending on which shifts I have at work). I still do Savate at the gym, he has a punching bag that allows me to unleash my fury to "HADOKEN" & "SHORYUKEN" the wretch

Start slow and build your way up. In some excercises with triceps and squatting I'm really pushing myself.. unlike what most do (upper body), training your legs are equally important.

They're the biggest muscles and when you start working them, its beneficiary for the rest of your muscles that you've trained.

Mind me, around new year's day I hurt the muscles around my ribs because I pushed them too hard, breathing was painfully so now I have to slowly start my way up again.

Another female footballer - awesome :-D

To motivate some around here, I also register this year for 3 events of Tough Mudder. Kinda like the StrongManRun and Braveheart Battle that I also do this year (3 events in total), it is on a 12mile course designed by british Special Forces. The cool thing, like in the other events, is that you absolutely have to help each other to pass some obstacles, which is nice.

Here's a cool video showing what it's all about :

And the top 5% finishers from each event get invited to The Toughest Mudder. Basically, the course is 5mile long, and the winner is the guy with the most laps... in 24 hours!!! Yep 24 hours...
