+ a few other things that haven't been done to a GT engine, as far as I'm aware of and fit the intercooler.

hybird turbo? New exhaust manifold + larger turbo? ITB'd turbo setup? Ummm NOS ... Twin turbo set up

Any of them :p
lol.. well nothing that expensive. Although I have considered a hybrid turbo and will ask around about it.

One day I will guess your future plans for your Wind correctly :p
Problem is, I sometimes get too many (crazy) ideas. Some I pull off others aren't feasible at the time being..

Like with the wheels. I found awesome wheels but then again, someone gave me an idea to respray my Superturimo's with the money I get back from my insurance from the pothole I hit.

So I'm in a little bit of a dilemma. I had the idea of buying the full SFS Performance hose kit.

Now I was literally a mouse click away from buying them but I can't seem to justify myself to buying some hoses for 520€..

Do you guys think it's worth it?

I believe the idea behind the hoses is that not only does it make the engine bay look better, the durability of them is better than the standard and you'll get more years out of them compared with the standard.

If your going to have the car long term I'd say go for it :)

Or you could buy the protoxide manifold with a different flange then sit on it until you can buy a bigger turbo and remap

they should theoretically last a lifetime, so basic cleaning will be the only maintenance they require. the price does seem a bit steep though. if you think about it, even the so called 'cheap' brands still need to meet the same EU build requirements before they can be certified and sold. won't gain you any kind of performance but certainly worth the money if you are keen on giving your engine an aftermarket look! i say go for it

I still doubt it if that's the correct price o_O but like the rest says all of the above True true

SFS Performance used to give discounts to this forum though. They have responded to emails but everytime I mention the 25% forum discount it goes quiet..

Well I decided not to get the hose kit and save my money.

On another note, my tire/coilover/alloy dealer gave me a good deal on some new wheels. The Superturimos that I damaged due to a pothole are too gravely damaged to refurb so I'm taking the advantage to go for a a new look.

After the winter they're coming on.

They're lighter than Superturimos :-D

I think they will fit the round shape-body of the Wind nicely.

Nice One .......which Tyres on it ? OZ always lookin freakin awesome ....Ultraleggera, Leggenda, Superturismo, Alleggerita....u cant go wrong with them.

Gratz Mate

Well I still got the Falken 195/40/17 but eventually I want to switch back to 205/40/17.

I like the meatier and chunky tyre look on the 17's.

To my surprise I was invited at the Po-Po for the damage on my OZ's.
I didn't think anything would come forward but they asked my bank account number and I need to bring in a price offer for a wheel repair/replacement asap. That's good news if I get a money compensation :-D

hear some repair guys out try at least 3 or 4 repair guys and take the most expensive one ;) but i quite find it weird if they think they can repair a wheel that has a few chunks out of it o_O
