Left side was good but for some reason the right side kept rubbing. So a bigger hammer was needed..

For now it seems okay

I have to jack up the car again for pics.

I tried squeezing my phone in between but the pictures were rubbish.

I can't go as low as the 'normal' Twingo RS.

The Wind has these crossbars at the back for more body rigidity.

This already sometimes hits the ground when driving hard. Going any lower and I might lose it (although I did say I wanted it lower) :p

Went to the garage today to have the interior trim panel fixed, 59,32€ in total.

Had to pay cash though but that way I got it cheaper :)

Trim panel that runs next to the door opening on the bodem. It's actually a cable gutter.

I had to remove it when installing my ICE (over 3 months ago) and it fractured when pulling it off.

The garage guys gave me some advice, "next time you do it's better to do this when it's warmer. Due to the cold, the plastic is more fragile".

That could have explained why when we were installing the ICE in an open garage and there was a raging snow storm going on outside.

hey, can you only get these in white?
what size are these?
and do you think they would suit an RS Silverstone? ta

I was hoping to take it easy on the mods now and enjoy the car. But..

When I was at W&D for the rubbing in my wheels I was talking to some fellow costumers that there was a decat for my car but that I couldn't get it installed + a flange with a cat for the Belgian MOT.

I said that Skytune wouldn't/couldn't do it and the guy suggested to contact MB-Power.

They're a Porsche/Oldtimer specialist and also do costum exhaust + they have a dyno.

Send them an email showing the Ktec decat + what I wanted for the Belgian MOT and they said "No problem". They only asked where the cat was located on the Wind.

If they give me a reasonable price, I'm going for it and I can put some use to those 172 injectors I still have.

so we are going to have some pop pop ! and maybe a bit of bang ! ?
I'll have to see what they come up with.

One thing I don't want is the clutch to start to slip so if I could increase the bhp but keep the torque the same, I'd be happy.

Can't you get an uprated clutch for relatively cheap? I'm sure someone over on toc uprated theirs for £100-200

I tried a quick search on the interwebs a while ago but couldn't find anything, yet.

They replied that it's 250€ for the costum made decat. Installing costs they couldn't tell me because they have never done a car like this so they don't know how long it will take.

But me & Ghostz are thinking of stopping by their shop and talk prices.

Jarre, interested too?

Called DVX Performance. They work with MB-Power and he said for a complete new costum remap with the decat it's 450€.

Excellent!

Although he didn't want me to use the 172 injectors. He says he doesn't find it reliable enough with the ECU and he doesn't want me to blow up my engine.

sorry, not so interested... the car is going in the 10th for a remap at BR-Performance :)
think that will be the last for this year, rest of the money is for trackdays and tyres :p
