Anthony the twingo is 60mm as matthias says, consistent with the cup and trophy. As I'm sure you and they are already aware, they're compatible but they need an anti roll bar bracket for the drop links as I believe that's missing on the Clio.

What maggi said. So many other companies could have made the Twingo coilovers ages ago as the only difference between the 182 and Twingo are those links. Keep us posted Tony :)

As far as I know it's 60mm just like 182 Cup & Trophy, but I could be wrong :)

Do you think you could make two versions of the airbox? One for those who still have the stock battery in place and for those who don't? I know it's a stupid question, just guessing the first option would sell quite well :)

what the point to change the box if you don't have more space?

I don't want to spam this topic, so I'll just say it was only a question. Not everyone will want to relocate the battery that's all.

Thanks guys for the confirmation. As you said, the drop links bracket is missing on the usual shocks, but I have one on my ASTs which was added later on, so it can be removed and put on the new shocks if their diameter is consistent with the ASTs. Anyway, GAZ can produce the brackets if necessary too.
I'll get back to them with that info.

The point of a specific uprated airbox is that road legal OEM airboxes are subject to various rules, cost reductions, etc, which make them good but not optimal.
With the CAD available, I'll obviously be able to model any version I want, with one using the whole space available with the battery removed, and the other filling only the original volume. The good thing also is that I want to get the air flowing directly from bottom to top, getting the air in from a pipe in the front of the bumper, where the resonator is originally located, and removing the stupid "S" shape the air has to follow inside the OEM box. So it should flow a lot better and smoother.

Edit : MS, no, not the wing, not yet :p

That's what I wanted to say. You could draw, heck, produce the parts even :) I would be very happy if you could make the bottom part of the filter, without the S shaped duct, but with the option to include the bmc/green/other air filter - would be convenient for those who don't want to remove the battery. Let us know

The idea is to design the box around an existing aftermarket filter, being a Green, BMC or whatever, as long as I have its dimensions.

Hint : some things in this picture might end up in my car in 2014 before FCS...

Haha, I wouldn't say that otherwise, but you'll probably go for the Sadev sequential gearbox :) Joke aside, I remember you complaining about the overall stiffness of the car so it has to be the rollcage

I'm Guessing full roll cage , hydraulique e-brake for some hoonigan action and maybe a Sequential 5speed gearbox for the lolz :D

Sadev would only be with a new engine, I'm happy with my current gearbox.

Welded in R1 rollcage is in the works, just waiting on a "friendly" price, and carbon fiber foot areas as I really hate seeing the nice white paint rub off under my feet.

Phew, at last. Not that im expecting you to need the cage, I always have a sigh of releif when you pass the gantry. Granted, your not the fastest down the straights, but your speed and commitment through the corners is epic

It should stiffen up the shell a bit too and give better mounting points for the shoulder straps

Quick question guys : I've been in touch with GAZ Shocks for a kit for our 133s and they can have one, modified from the 182 Cup kit they already have for sale. All they need is a confirmation of the position of the bracket on the damper body where we screw in the drop links for the anti-roll bar. Could anyone measure that on a set of original shocks? I think the easiest way to do it is by measuring the distance between the upper bolt (at the bottom of the shock where it's mounted onto the wheel hub) and the bracket itself.
I'll send them a few photos of my shocks (originals and ASTs).

Personally, I will keep using my current AST top mounts which are still in a pretty decent state of wear and tear, but GAZ can also develop a set if anyone wants some.
Current price for the coilovers kit from GAZ without top mounts is around 790£ inc VAT, and that's for the Gold range shocks (so one of the best quality product they offer before going into the full on racing setup).

can see a horrible misaligned bumper > arch join! have you had an accident on track or something?
