Thanks, I'm looking at getting down to around 15-18% and il be over the moon with that! It's just about carrying on with it now :-D
 
Well it doesn't seem as though there is any reason you won't be able to :) keep up the effort and you'll get there
 
Running is awesome once you get over the initial psychological block where your body decides it doesn't want to run you get awesome gains almost straight away and they just keep coming :D

I thought it was that because in most gyms i have been there are challenges on the walls, and they always said do an 8 minute mile!

Is that good then or just normal fitness time?
 
Its not bad although my average mile AND a half time in the army was low 8 minutes...

Good if you're a civilian! but probably average for military personnel :lol:
 
I have a slight feeling my fitness is going to change a bit now. I ripped 2 tendons last night climbing. And I still can't move my middle and ring finger on my right hand. Going to doctors today and a climbing physio as well.

It's currently in a custom made splint made from bog roll, climbing tape and broken bit of cutlery... It stops it moving and less pain :p

Yeah sounds right to me aha more specifically army personnel
