Its not bad although my average mile AND a half time in the army was low 8 minutes...
And now? Youve been very vocal on what you have done, but this is more for the present day, so get off your butt and get out there ;)

Well you run... And it tells your how far you have run
The faster it goes round the faster you run.. Its not like you can cheat, unless you just stand on the sides :s

Endomondo is a good app. I've used it quite a few times. Shows how far you've ran/walked/cycled and average speed and lots of other things :)

Measuring a route on an OS map and then plotting it on Google Earth and then running it on Endomondo gave virtualy the same distance.

I have a Garmin GPS watch that I wear and it tells me my pace speed and how far I've gone as well as how long it's taken me :) I would recommend one if you get serious about running I also use it for cycling :)

I use Nike Running for the runs and MapMyFitness for the bike rides.

Currently stepped up the fitness training program to 1hr of fitness per day and running 4 times a week, currently averaging 5 miles per run in 33min. I think that's a 7'30" average pace per mile, but i know i average 4'40" per km. i have my first race in March, will be a good test to see how fit i am.

Weight wise, i'm not really going down much, still hovering around 87kg but dropped now to 23% fat and 35% muscle, good news so. The objective will be to go under 20% fat :)

From the pictures you posted a few pages ago you look more around 15-18% then over 20%

Over the next 2 weeks ill be smashing it out, although when I used a heavier than normal weight I couldn't stop farting

Maybe should cut down on the junk food but was a good session so I got the creme egg of victory!

Just over a month to go before the 10k.

Im up to about 3.5. Need to really start pushing

Last year I lost 13kg in 8 months. Just eating right and going to the gym 4 times per week. Little bit of cardio and strength training...

I've slacked off now because of a ligament tear for the 4th time in my ankle, so now Im finally good to go. Start my regime on Monday again...

To get the body you want... 20% physical training, 80% diet...a personal trainer said to a mate of mine, if you want to lose that little stubborn lower stomach, you need to start training in the kitchen first...

Very true maverick. 6 pack abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym.

I need to get my diet under control. I'm trying to slowly bulk up to 11 stone so most of the gain is muscle. But it's much easier buying ready to eat meals as I'm seriously lazy!
