31.7% body fat
I apologise for the pics now and don't look if your eating so this is when I began
Then this is now. I haven't taken a weight or body fat reading since but it's different.
This is after 2weeks and I have 10more to go!
I know Im not skinny and fit etc like you all. But this is my year Im going to change
